Stuart has lots of experience in preparing clients for events such as marathons and triathlons. He has run three marathons (and an ultra-marathon!) himself, so he is ideally placed to give you the right encouragement and support.
Stuart will design your event training program around you, according to your level of fitness and the goal you have set yourself.
Your goal will be achievable provided, of course, you put in the time and effort required. Stuart will be at your side throughout, encouraging you and giving you that extra push you need when the going gets tough.
You do not need to be a member of the South Lodge gym to train with me there.
