Stuart creates interesting and innovative exercise routines which will suitably push you and help you achieve your goals. I have known Stuart for 3 years now and he has always responded to any training needs, plans or new goals with enthusiasm and professionalism. With regular reviews and changes in exercise programmes Stuart has changed my perspective on going to the gym from a chore to a challenge. Always be wary before you say "that seemed OK" or "that was easy", as Stuart will make note for the next exercise !!!

I first started working with Stuart in June 2006 with the aim of losing weight and becoming fitter. Whilst setting my initial programme the enthusiasm Stuart expresses in his role gave me the confidence to meet his challenges and soon found myself wanting him to set further goals. I have never considered myself a “Runner” but now regularly run distances of, between 3 – 10 km, 4 times a week. Stuart’s programmes have included exercises and techniques to improve my running and my goal for this year is to run a half marathon. Stuart is always very supportive and if he can make me believe I am capable of achieving my aims, believe me when I say he can do it for you too!!

I have been have 1-2-1 session with Stuart for over a year now, I had lost a major amount of weight prior to seeing Stuart and wanted to increase my fitness level. Stuart planned a regular program which I could work to whilst regularly reviewing it. I could hardly do 3 minutes on the cross trainer and not much else. I am now able to do 20 minutes along with doing weights, walking machine, rowing machine and floor exercises. Having a personal trainer was the best thing I have done, I am note sure where I would be without Stuarts encouragement and help, I owe him a lot and would highly recommend his services
