There is still time. Don’t give up on your dreams yet!
You can lose those pounds in the next couple of months if you really want to.
Follow these 3 simple steps:
Step on the scales and work out how much you need to lose over the next few weeks. Set yourself a weekly target (and treat yourself when you achieve it!)
Be firm with yourself and eat healthy
Cut out the sugary treats and late night snacking.
Get outside and start walking, instead of taking the car.
Take the stairs instead of the lift.
Join an exercise class or go to the gym (3 times a week if you can)

Come to the gym at the South Lodge Hotel (no gym membership required) 2 or 3 times a week. Sessions run at 6:30, 8:30 and 10:30 in the morning and 6 and 8 in the evening. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
It’s a high intensity workout of upper and lower body. You work at your own pace towards your goal, and I am there to guide you and to push you that little bit further. It’s fun and friendly…. and it works!
