My Personal Training Packages are designed to help you get the most from your investment in Personal Training.
I offer four different programmes each tailored to your specific goals and fitness level:
- Weight Loss
- General Fitness and Toning
- Rehab after Injury or Illness
- Training for an Event
To encourage you to commit fully to your Personal Training programme I also offer substantial discounts if you book a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month package.
This can be a once-a-week, 3 times a week or 5 times a week exercise programme.
Working with me as your personal trainer means:
- Fast results through a programme tailored to your goals and your fitness level
- Increased motivation through varied programmes and focussed training
- Preventing injury – I will make sure that you don’t do yourself any damage as you work out and design your programme taking into account any vulnerable areas
- Consistency – having a session booked in advance means you will turn out for it, even if you’re not feeling “in the mood!”

Prices start from just £215 per month for a once-a-week personal training session booked for 6 months.
You do not need to be a member of the South Lodge gym to train with me there.
