Never fear! You can lose those pounds before the next holiday season is upon us and you are tempted once again. This time with the mince pies and Christmas pudding!
Step on the scales and work out how much you need to lose over the next few weeks. Set yourself a weekly target (and treat yourself when you achieve it!)
Cut out the sugary treats and late night snacking. Eat healthy!
Get outside and start walking, instead of taking the car
Take the stairs instead of the lift
Join an exercise class or go to the gym (3 times a week if you can)
The only way to lose weight is to eat less and to exercise more, so
Just Do It!
