Your Own Personal Trainer in a small group
Since I started running small group training sessions a couple of years ago, they have gone from strength to strength. My small group training sessions are now as popular as my 1-2-1 training sessions!
Most people do 2 sessions a week. But you can do 3 for maximum impact, or take things gently with just one. It’s up to you.
With a maximum of 4 people to a group you are guaranteed personal attention with a training programme tailored to your needs.
The groups cater for a range of ages and fitness levels, from a lady in her fifties who had never been to a gym to men who want to keep fit now they don’t play football anymore.
The groups are popular with retired people, young mums, busy professionals.
Anyone who wants to get fit or fitter will benefit from attending!

Group training sessions are as follows:
Wednesday 9:30am, 6pm, 7pm
Friday 6:30am and 9:30am
You work through the sessions at your own pace with me on hand to help and guide you. And gently push you that little bit further!
I firmly believe that everyone can achieve their fitness goals with the right exercise plan and the right support. This is what my Group Training sessions provide.
